Questions people ask

What counts as a check?: One run of all your prompts across all the AI assistants your plan includes. Every plan includes one check per brand per calendar month, shared between the automatic run and any you trigger yourself.
Why only one check a month?: Every check queries real AI assistants, which costs us real money per question. We would rather cap it clearly than throttle you quietly.
Can I change plan later?: Yes, up or down, at any time from your account. Upgrades are prorated against what you have already paid.
Do you offer refunds?: Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We handle reasonable refund requests case-by-case within seven days of a charge — see our refund policy.
