How monthly checks are counted

One per brand per calendar month, shared between manual and automatic runs.

Every plan includes one check per brand per calendar month. Manual checks and the automatic monthly run share that allowance — a check you trigger on the 5th is that month's check.

Why it is not unlimited

Every check queries real AI assistants, and that has a real per-question cost that scales with how many prompts and assistants you have. Unlimited re-checking is not something any plan at these prices can support honestly, so we would rather cap it clearly than throttle you quietly.

What this means for your charts

Your trend lines move once a month. A 30-day window shows a single point, which is why the default view is 180 days. If a chart looks empty, widen the period before assuming something is broken.

Archiving prompts

Archiving a prompt stops it being checked and keeps its history, but it does not free capacity — your prompt allowance counts every prompt on the account. Delete a prompt to free a slot.
